Date 01/10/23 After discovering inherent differences in DCO processing of Replacement Policy Transactions, it was determined that the Replacement Transactions Sequence Number processing was going to further complicate this processing. This would ultimately not benefit submitters hoping to issue multiple changes to a policy with the same Transaction Issued Date on separate transactions, and the results would vary depending on the DCO processing the transactions. The EDI is presenting these findings to the Data Advisory Committee (DAC) to determine next steps. Further discussion on this will be brought to the Spring EDI Meeting.
