Data Specifications Update Announcement

The Spring 2026 WCIO Specifications are now available.

WCIO SearchPoint, Data Specifications, DCO Product Applicability Chart, Data Review Schedule, PEO Descriptions, Data Reporting Handbook and Data Dictionary, and other WCIO documents have been updated with approved changes dated May 13, 2026. The following specifications and documents have been updated to reflect changes approved at the Spring 2026 WCIO - EDI Committee Meeting:

5. WCNOA

7. WCCPAP
8. State Code Master
9. Data Reporting Handbook
10. Injury Description Codes- Part of Body
11. WCIO Specifications Excel Format
12. WCMODS (no longer applicable for any DCO and will not be updated going forward)

Please refer to the Summary of Changes log found within each Data Specification by individual data type, or the tracked changes in red embedded in the document for specifications without change logs.
