The Workers Compensation Insurance Organizations (“WCIO”) takes

you voluntarily provide, together with information regarding the manner in
which you use this web site (the “WCIO Site”), to improve the WCIO Site and to

other web site users’ personal information.
Information Gathered on the WCIO Site
We collect two types of information from visitors to the WCIO

The WCIO Site does not utilize cookies, small text files placed on

Use of Information Gathered on the WCIO Site
Information which is voluntarily provided to us is used to contact
users for the purpose for which the information was provided. In addition, we may from time to time use this
information to contact users about different or updated WCIO products and

Information provided by any user of the WCIO Site will be kept

law. WCIO may share aggregated data and
statistical information about users and the use of the WCIO Site with its
Webmaster and other parties. Aggregate
data excludes information identifiable by individual.

Site to communicate information you wish to be kept strictly confidential. Although WCIO will take reasonable measures
to protect the security of the information transmitted between browsers and the
WCIO web server, including using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption
technology and firewalls where deemed appropriate by WCIO, you acknowledge that
any transmission of data may be illegally intercepted and thereafter used by
third parties. WCIO shall not be
responsible for any interception of data transmitted to or from our WCIO web
server.
Correction
and Opt-Out Procedures
If you
provide your e-mail address, telephone number, mail address or other contact information
to us, you may remove yourself from our mailing lists and correct or update any
